We are proud to announce that Casa Corcovado Jungle Lodge has received the highest ranking for Sustainable Tourism in Costa Rica.
 
It is one of only six hotels to have been awarded the coveted ‘’Five Leaves’’ by the Costa Rican Tourism Institute.
 
The Certification of Sustainable Tourism has been recognized as a pioneer program and one that aims to instill core beliefs of ecotourism countrywide, particularly in remote, developing regions.
 
The program not only addresses the issue of the hotel’s impact on the environment but also its relationship with the local community in respect to local values, customs and as source of employment to promote progressive conservation.
 
The program is recognized as being very strict, transparent and authentic and will surely be used as a guide for the Green Tourism movement around the world
